Care, Policy
All About Me plan
The All About Me plan addresses the needs identified through analysis of the Tuituia assessment. It has important information about each tamaiti or rangatahi in our care. This policy defines when the plan is needed and how we develop, maintain and use it.
Interventions
Measles, whooping cough and immunisation
We modify our usual social work practice approach in the context of a measles or whooping cough outbreak to prevent the transmission of these viruses.
Interventions
Family group conferencing practice standards
These practice standards cover the key practice requirements for care and protection coordinators, youth justice coordinators and social workers to support high-quality family group conferencing.
Practice approach
Supervision
Supervision is a recripocal relationship between a supervisor (kaiārahi) and supervisee (kaitiaki). Within the Oranga Tamariki context, the term kaiārahi means to guide, mentor, lead, and the term kaitiaki means to guard, protect and care for.
