Adoption
Intercountry adoption Home Study report
We put together the Home Study assessment report to evidence that the applicants are eligible and suited to adopt a tamaiti from overseas. It also helps the overseas officials to match a whānau or family for a particular tamaiti.

Information to the Family Court – section 131A
We provide brief written information about our involvement with the adults, tamariki and rangatahi named in a request from the Family Court under section 131A of the Care of Children Act 2004 (CoCA).

We support applicants by helping them complete the application forms and answering their questions.

Caregiver review meetings
The caregiver review meeting enables us to explore with caregivers their ongoing willingness and suitability to provide care to support the review of their approval status.
